Summer school offerings

I recently wrote about the wonderful Orton Gillingham program that Visitation offers this summer at a discount for our families. I would like to mention in this blog, all the wonderful opportunities that are available right here at our school as well. We have a wide gamut of offerings from creativity and wizardry, to science, art, math and even some creative writing. We really have something for everyone. Many of us are also available for individual tutoring throughout the summer. There is something for every age group, and all are welcome. Hope to see you there. > We are super busy this year up in the Literacy Lab. Again, we have several volunteers helping us out. The volunteers work on a variety of reading and math skills with the students. Currently, they are working with students from every grade. On a weekly basis, I have groups that come and go working on reading skills. Many of the groups will work on a play version too, once they finish the story. The kids really enjoy the plays. We hope to do a play or two for Pride this year. Feel free to come up and visit us anytime. We may even give you a part in one of our plays!
